Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly.
Press half of the mixture into a 9-inch baking pan.
Cover the crumb mixture with the diced rhubarb.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla and cook until thick and clear.
Pour this sauce over the rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumb mixture and bake in moderate oven for 1 hour. Enjoy!
