Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 frozen bread dough loaf (thaw as directed)
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 egg
1 lb. breakfast sausage, browned
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese (2 c.)

Preparation

Brown sausage, green pepper and onion in skillet; drain.
Put it back in the skillet and stir in egg until cooked.
Roll out bread dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
Spread sausage mixture on dough and sprinkle cheese over sausage.
Roll into a loaf.
Put on a 9 x 13-inch cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 23 to 28 minutes.
