Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    3 medium onions, thinly sliced
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    1/3 stick butter
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 9-inch pan
    with
    enough
    foil
    to cover and seal the contents.
    Butter
    the\tbottom\tfoil.
    Arrange sliced potatoes in 4 flat parallel rows overlapping each other.
    Slip a
    couple of rings of onions
    between
    every
    2\tor
    3
    potato slices. Sprinkle with salt,
    pepper
    and
    garlic.
    Dot
    with butter. Bring oil over potatoes and seal well.
    Place in 350\u00b0 oven and bake for 50 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 4.
