Icebox Potisa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
    1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cakes yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation
    Measure flour and sift with sugar and salt.
    Cut in the butter as for pie crust.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add sugar in it.
    Let it stand until it foams.
    Mix together the egg yolks, 1 cup of sour cream and the foaming yeast.
    Make a dent in the flour mixture and add the yolks, sour cream and foaming yeast into the flour mixture.
    Knead into a smooth dough.
    Put the dough into the refrigerator overnight.
    The next day, roll out the dough and fill it with nut filling.
