Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots combination, thawed and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento (optional)
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Preparation

Combine veggies, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can onions.
Pour into 1-quart casserole.
Bake covered in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions.
Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
