Chocolate Turtle Pie - cooking recipe

1/4 c. caramel dessert topping
1 Keebler Ready-Crust chocolate flavor or graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 pkg. Jell-O chocolate pie filling
3 c. milk
thawed Cool Whip
Preparation

Spread caramel topping on bottom of crust.
Sprinkle with pecans; refrigerate.
Stir pudding mix into milk in medium saucepan, stirring constantly.
Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Pour into crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with Cool Whip.
