Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. Spinach
    1 small Onion
    1 lb. Bacon (crispy)
    1/2 lb. Mushrooms (sliced)
    1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1 c. Oil
    2/3 c. Sugar
    1/3 c. White Vinegar
    Sliced Hard Boiled Eggs - -optional
Preparation
    Make the salad dressing by mixing oil and sugar in a blender for approximately 5 minutes.
    Add dry mustard and salt, blend just a little more.
    Add vinegar slowly while the blender in on low.
