Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrot
1 c. walnuts, chopped
3 oz. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Combine eggs, sugars and oil in large bowl.
Beat well. Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to sugar mixture and beat well.
Stir in carrots, vanilla, raisins and walnuts.
When well blended, pour into a greased 10-inch tube pan.
Bake for one hour and 15 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and let cool completely on rack before covering or cutting.
