Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef brisket
    garlic
    salt and pepper
    ginger
    1/3 bottle A.1. sauce
    1/3 bottle ketchup
    a little allspice
    onion
    carrot
    celery
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Rub brisket with garlic.
    Add salt, pepper and ginger.
    Cover with A.1. sauce and ketchup.
    Sprinkle allspice on the top.
    Place around brisket the onion, carrot and celery.
    Add water.
    Cover with foil.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for about 3 hours for 4 pounds of beef.
