Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavor
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and rind and vanilla. Mix at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended and add one yolk at a time until finished with egg yolks.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites by hand.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
