Raisin Tea Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in raisins and lemon rind.
    Mix and sift dry ingredients.
    Combine lemon extract, vanilla and milk; add alternately with dry ingredients to raisin mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 1 loaf.
