Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped fine (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw and drain the spinach.
    Mix rest of ingredients.
    Add drained spinach and let stand in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Serve the dip in a hollowed out, 1 pound round loaf of hard bread. Use the portion of the middle of the loaf cut into bite size pieces to dip.
