Ingredients

2 lb. beef brisket (plain)
1 tsp. liquid hickory flavored smoke
1/4 to 1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Accent (monosodium glutamate)
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation

Trim off excess fat from meat.
Cut into strips approximately 1/4
inch
thick
and 2 inches wide.
This can be done more easily if
the
meat is partially frozen.
Mix remaining ingredients together
and
marinate
in this sauce overnight. Use a flat pan if available.
Cover with clear wrap.
