Cornbread(Small Pan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 1/4 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar (heaping)
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Add 1 tablespoon cooking oil into small frying pan.
    Heat; then pour mix into pan (hot oil).
    Brown a little.
    Then put in oven at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
