Bob Hall'S Microwave Scottish Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground turkey
3 cans Mexican chili beans (may substitute one can red kidney beans for variety)
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small can mushrooms
1 pkg. frozen season vegetables (peppers, onions, celery and parsley)
extra frozen chopped peppers and onions
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. coriander
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. crushed garlic or garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook meat in microwave until cooked.
Drain and break up in wee bits.
Add everything else.
Mix. Cook on High for 30 minutes.
May be served with elbow noodles.
