Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken breasts, cut in bite size
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
20 oz. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. white grapes
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Combine cooked chicken, oranges, pineapple, celery and grapes with the mayonnaise and mustard.
Serve on lettuce leaf and top with chow mein noodles.
It is also good served with cantaloupe ring.
