Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Wash potatoes well and cut each into 1/8-inch wedges.
    Place wedges, slightly overlapping, in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Combine the remaining ingredients.
    Brush potatoes with half of oil mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining oil mixture.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
