Custard Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. corn
2 c. scalded milk
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Pour melted butter into scalded milk.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Set dish in water.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
