Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. raw apples
    1 pkg. butterscotch chips
    3 tsp. apple pie spice
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar and eggs until smooth.
    Add all the dry ingredients until mixed together.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle butterscotch chips on top.
