Golden Chicken And Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken (3 lb.), cut into serving pieces
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. freshly squeezed orange juice
1/3 c. chicken broth or white wine
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Remove any excess fat and excess skin from chicken parts. Rinse under cold water.
Pat dry.
Season with salt and pepper. Heat butter and oil in a large, heavy skillet until hot.
Brown chicken pieces, a few at a time, starting with skin side.
Brown quickly and remove to a plate.
