Peanut Butter Bread Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices thin sandwich bread
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. cooking oil
Ritz crackers, rolled fine (can use saltine crackers)
Preparation

Trim off bread crust and cut each slice in four pieces (sticks).
Combine peanut butter and cooking oil.
Toast bread sticks in 250\u00b0 oven until crisp, about 30 minutes.
Dip each piece of toasted bread in peanut butter mixture and then roll in cracker crumbs.
Lay out on cookie sheet for at least 12 hours.
These may be frozen.
