Okra-Bacon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, sliced okra, thawed
    3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    5 strips bacon
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tabasco pepper sauce to taste
Preparation
    Slice okra into thin rounds.
    Grease a 2 1/2-quart casserole. Place layers of okra, tomatoes, onion and bell pepper.
    Season each layer with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste.
    Lay bacon overlapping on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
