Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. applesauce
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation

Beat eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and applesauce.\tAdd dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Stir in
zucchini.
Bake
at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes in 4 mini loaf pans.
