Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. coconut
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    6 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter. Add sugar, vanilla and buttermilk; stir. Add eggs and stir. Then add coconut and pour into unbaked pie shell. Cook at 350\u00b0 until dark golden brown. Remove and cool.
