Home-Style Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    2 1/2 c. fresh breadcrumbs
    1 c. finely chopped fresh onion (1 large)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine meat, breadcrumbs, onion, salt, pepper, milk, parsley, catsup, mustard, Worcestershire and eggs in large bowl.
    Press mixture into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Meat loaf may be baked in the pan or, if preferred, turned out onto greased baking dish.
    If baking unmolded, cover meat with several strips of bacon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
