Surprise Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 small can chopped green chilies
    1 small onion
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    12 tortillas
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. cumin (optional)
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook chicken in salted water and cut into small pieces.
    Mix soups, Ro-Tel tomatoes, green chilies and seasonings.
    Steam tortillas until soft.
    Fill a soft tortilla with 1 tablespoon chicken, 1 tablespoon onion and 1 tablespoon cheese.
    Roll.
    Fill flat casserole dish.
    Pour Ro-Tel mixture over this.
    Sprinkle more onions and cover with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
