Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chopped or ground meat
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. coriander
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. French's mustard
1 c. water
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, put the chopped meat, chopped onion and pepper.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the water and mix. Add to chopped meat, onion and pepper mixture.
Mix well.
Shape into a loaf and place on baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
