Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley original dressing
    4 to 5 flour tortillas
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can black olives, sliced or chopped
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients and spread on tortillas.
    Sprinkle remaining ingredients on each.
    Roll up and chill 2 hours.
    Slice into 1-inch slices.
    Serve plain or dip in salsa.
