Honeyed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/3 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 lb. chicken pieces
    paprika
Preparation
    Place margarine in a 2-quart rectangular dish and microwave on High 40 seconds.
    Stir in honey, mustard, curry powder and salt. Roll chicken pieces in mixture and arrange in a single layer, with meat portions to the outside of the dish and the bony pieces in the center.
    Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High 9 minutes. Turn each pieces over, baste with sauce and sprinkle with paprika. Re-cover and microwave on High 9 to 11 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings, and it is good served over curried rice.
