Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar (red wine optional)
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Bring sugar, vinegar and water to boil.
    Beat 2 eggs and stir into mixture while cooking.
    If not thick enough, add some cornstarch.
    Mix cornstarch with cold water.
    You may try some sweet pickle solution if you wish.
