Sausage Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. Bisquick mix
2/3 c. milk
1 pkg. ground sausage
1 c. grated cheese (optional)
Preparation

Mix Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms.
If dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough baking mix to make dough easy to handle.
Turn dough onto surface dusted with mix.
Roll dough into rectangle shape 1/4 inch thick.
Spread sausage and cheese over entire surface.
Roll dough in a log, wrap in plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut log into 1/2 inch thick pieces and place on cookie sheet.
Bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes (until golden brown).
