Orange Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 recipe for Rich Sweet Dough
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. grated orange rind
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine sugar, orange rind, raisins and margarine into mixture.
Divide dough.
Roll each half into rectangle.
Brush with margarine.
Sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Roll up from long sides.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch slices.
Place in 2 greased 9-inch cake pans.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk (about 1 hour).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
Drizzle while warm, with orange icing.
Makes 2 dozen.
