Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    boneless chicken breasts
    1 can mushrooms or 1 container fresh mushrooms
    1 medium chopped onion
    1/4 c. chicken broth (can or bouillon)
    1/4 c. white wine
    Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Dredge chicken in flour and brown in margarine.
    Saute in drippings, 1 can mushrooms and 1 medium onion.
    Add the following to drippings and simmer 5 minutes:
    1/4 cup chicken broth and 1/4 cup white wine.
    Put chicken breast in 9 x 13-inch dish; pour mixture over chicken.
    Mix Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and sprinkle over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
