One Egg Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter, oil or shortening
2/3 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten (2 eggs can be used)
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar. Slowly beating mixture, add well beaten egg or eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Add mix with milk. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until it bounces back in the middle when touched.
