Spinach Frittata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen spinach
2 slices bacon
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 small clove garlic, sliced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
Preparation

Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well.
Press out all liquid.
Heat in skillet the olive oil.
Saute the garlic until golden brown. Add spinach, salt, pepper and Accent.
Mix well. Spread spinach mix over bottom of skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Cook, turning spinach, until very hot. Add eggs and keep turning spinach until eggs are cooked. Crumble and add bacon. Stir to mix. Drain off excess oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
