Barbecued Sauced Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium baking potatoes
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. bottled barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Slice potatoes about 1/4-inch thick.
    Arrange potato and onion slices in a 3/4-quart casserole dish, placing smaller pieces in the center.
    Stir together water and barbecue sauce.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Cover with waxed paper.
    Microwave for 10 to 12 minutes on 100% power or until potatoes and onion are tender. Makes 4 servings.
