Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines mix
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 pkg. frozen coconut
    1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to package directions.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan or layers.
    While cake is still warm, mix milk, sugar and frozen coconut.
    Bring to boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Punch holes in top of cake with fork.
    Pour mixture over cake.
    After cake is cool, mix 1 large carton Cool Whip with 2/3 package frozen coconut, icing cake.
    Use remaining 1/3 coconut to sprinkle over top of cake.
    Refrigerate.
