Elvis' Favorite Meat Loaf And Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef (chuck)
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine the meat, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Shape the meat mixture into a 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour. Serve with Mushroom Gravy and mashed potatoes.
