German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes (or 1 1/2 lb.; Idaho work fine)
    2 Tbsp. crumbled bacon or bacon bits
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    4 Tbsp. diced onions
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. spicy mustard or regular mustard
    1/2 tsp. dill weed
    paprika sprinkles
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Drain and dry.
    While still hot, peel and dice (or cube).
    Boil chicken stock, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
    Remove and cool 2 to 3 minutes.
    Combine vegetable oil and mustard with potato cubes.
    Add stock mixture, bacon and dill and toss gently.
