Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes quick acting yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    5 to 6 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast in warm water; add sugar, salt and shortening. Mix with flour.
    Let
    rise
    for
    1
    hour, then make into rolls. Let rise again.
    Bake
    until
    brown.
    Can be stored in airtight container in refrigerator until you need them.
