Stroganoff Style Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crescent rolls
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium chopped onion
    6 slices American cheese
    paprika, salt and pepper to taste
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Press unrolled crescent rolls on bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    In skillet, brown beef and onion; season with paprika, salt and pepper.
    Mix in mushrooms and sour cream; spread warm over rolls.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes, or until rolls are done.
