Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    4 boxes frozen cut broccoli (40 oz.)
    2 lb. velveeta cheese
    4 pkg. Ritz crackers (1 whole box) crushed
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick of butter in bottom of 10x14-inch pan or baking dish.
    Cook broccoli as directed on back of box; drain.
    Add cheese cut into chunks and stir.
    Cheese will begin to melt.
    Pour into pan with butter melted in bottom.
    Melt remaining stick of butter and mix with cracker crumbs.
    Spread evenly over top of broccoli and bake at 375\u00b0 for 25-30 mins. uncovered.
    (When cracker crumbs are nicely browned and cheese bubbly it should be done.)
