Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cubed rhubarb
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free strawberry jello
Preparation

Cook rhubarb until mushy, remove from heat.
Add jello and stir until completely dissolved.
Pour into 4 dessert cups or a small baked pie shell.
