Ingredients

1 1/2 c. dried apricots, ground
2 c. shredded coconut
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
bowl of powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix ground apricots and coconut.
Add sweetened condensed milk and blend well.
Use teaspoons to drop small clumps into bowl of powdered sugar and roll into balls, keeping hands well covered with powdered sugar.
Cover waxed paper with powdered sugar.
Let balls stand on the sugar covered waxed paper.
Roll again as needed.
Children can do this.
