Mexican Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine Jell-O and hot water; let Jell-O slightly cool or set. Add remaining ingredients.
