Ambrosia Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drain and save juice
    2 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. orange jello (3 oz. size)
    1 3/4 c. Cool Whip
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add cold water to make 1 cup.
    In a large bowl, add boiling water to jello.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Stir in 1 cup juice and water.
    Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Stir in Cool Whip with a wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until mixture starts to set up.
    Stir in oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut. Spoon into a 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 2 hours.
    Unmold.
