Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. peeled, grated zucchini
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat together eggs and sugar; add oil, vanilla and zucchini. Combine dry ingredients and add to above mixture, stirring well. Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
