Steak And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. round steak, trimmed of all fat and cut into servings
6 or 7 fresh carrots
6 or 7 potatoes
1 medium sized onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
small amount Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation

Spray a 9 x 12-inch casserole bowl with Pam and place the meat. Prepare carrots and potatoes.
Slice and put over meat.
Then slice onion over the carrots and potatoes.
Green pepper may also be used with this dish.
Pour cream of mushroom soup into bowl; add a small amount of Kitchen Bouquet and stir well.
Pour over meat dish and bake at about 250\u00b0.
Slow baking makes for more tender meat and vegetables.
