Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel ripe tomatoes
    7 red peppers
    2 bunches celery
    20 onions
    2 hot peppers or 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 c. pickling mixed spice (in cheesecloth bag)
    6 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 c. salt
Preparation
    Grind the tomatoes, onions, red peppers, hot peppers and celery.
    Then add the pickling mixed spice, sugar, vinegar, mustard and salt.
    Cook until thick and can.
    Will make about 35 pints.
