Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing (may use lite)
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves (may use lite)
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    skinless chicken breast
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix the first 4 ingredients together; pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil; cook for 1 hour.
    Remove cover; cook 1/2 hour longer.
